How do I join Bump Club?

How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on bumpboxx.com. You also earn points for joining, signing up for texts, writing a review, adding a photo or video to your review, your birthday, and following us on Instagram.
How many points do I need for a reward?
200 points gets you $10 off. After that: 400 points for $20, 800 for $40, 1,200 for $60, and 2,000 for $100.
How do I use a reward?
Log in to your account before you check out. At checkout you'll see the rewards your points cover. Pick one and it comes straight off your order.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. $10 off needs an order of $50 or more, $20 off needs $100, $40 off needs $200, $60 off needs $299, and $100 off needs $499.
Can I use a reward with another discount code?
No. You can use one reward per order, and it can't be combined with other discount codes. Rewards do work on items that are already on sale.
When do my points show up?
Points for an order are added once your order ships. Points for reviews, photos and videos are added once your review is in.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 12 months after you earn them.
Does my reward code expire?
Once you create a reward code, you have 1 year to use it.
Why didn't I get points for my order?
Points count what you spend on products, not shipping or tax. Orders from Amazon, TikTok Shop or stores other than bumpboxx.com don't earn Bump Club points. If your order has shipped and points still haven't appeared, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Shipping works the same for members and non-members. See our Shipping Policy for current options.
