All Bumpboxx units come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty. We will repair or replace, as needed, any unit that is considered a manufacturer defect. Please email customerservice@bumpboxx.com or click the chat bubble on our website for a quick reply.

What does the 1-year warranty cover?

Bumpboxx warrants all products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase. All original packaging must be kept for the warranty period, or the warranty will be voided.

This limited warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under everyday use during the warranty period.

During the one-year warranty period, Bumpboxx will repair or replace products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal wear and tear at no charge.

Is there an Extended Warranty?

An Extended Warranty is only offered at the time of purchase; and will cover the purchase for two years total. The price varies by unit type.

What does this Warranty not cover?

This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • Damage to a product resulting from negligence, Ex: Not using the strap and handle together, dropping the unit, using incorrect chargers, exposing the team to hazardous weather conditions, etc.
  • Damage to a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
  • Damage caused by a natural disaster
  • Theft or loss of the product
  • Secondhand purchase voids Warranty services for both parties.

What happens If the box is thrown away before the warranty period ends?

For your convenience and to prevent extra costs to you, we’ve placed a warning sticker on every box to state that the box and foam materials are to be kept during the duration of the warranty period. If they are not kept, and the item needs to be shipped back for any reason, all shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility as we did provide packaging.

How do returns work?

Our Return policy lasts for 30 days. Should you no longer want your Bumpboxx for any reason, please reach out for a refund. To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do charge a 15% processing fee on all returns. To complete the return, proof of purchase is needed.

Unfortunately, a refund will no longer be an option if 30 days have passed since your purchase.

If the unit is returned, but the refund was not posted to your account, please check your bank account, or contact your credit card company. It will take some time before the refund is posted to your bank account. If out of Warranty?

If you are out of warranty and your unit needs to be repaired, please get in touch with us through our chat or email us at customerservice@bumpboxx.com. For out-of-warranty repairs, we charge a flat fee of $99, which includes parts, labor, and return shipping in the continental US.

What do you have to do?

To obtain Warranty service, you must first contact Bumpboxx to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

All Warranty repairs must be returned to Bumpboxx in the original packaging. Bumpboxx will repair and replace as needed and cover the return shipping to the registered owner.

If you are out of warranty and need a repair, you must ship the item at your own cost; Bumpboxx will repair it and cover the return shipping to the registered owner.
