Another week, and we’re continuing to see more BB-777s arrive in the hands of their new owners.

We’ve been loving the videos and photos everyone has been sharing, especially the unboxing videos. Seeing customers finally open their boxes, fire up their units, show off the details, and compare Founders Edition numbers has been one of the best parts of the entire process. Keep them coming. We love seeing where these BB-777s are ending up and watching the community share the excitement together.

A quick note about your add-on accessories. We’ve noticed several questions from customers about add ons like the carry case and spare battery. If you ordered these items with your BB-777, they will arrive in separate shipments. There is no need to worry if they weren’t delivered at the same time as your bumpboxx. 

So, if your BB-777 has arrived but you’re still waiting on your carry case, spare battery, or another add-on, please don’t assume it was left out of your order or forgotten. The add on shipment is arriving separately.

In the meantime, more BB-777 units are making their way to your hands!

Another week, and another big step forward for the BB-777 community.

One of the coolest parts of this process has been watching the BB-777s finally make their way into the hands of the people who have been waiting for them. We’ve been seeing the unboxing videos, photos, first-listen reactions, and posts from customers showing off their new units, and honestly, it’s been really fun to watch.

We’ve also loved seeing everyone compare and find out which Founders Edition number they received. Every one of these units represents a small piece of BB-777 history, and seeing everyone share that experience with each other has been one of the most exciting parts of the rollout.

Deliveries continue to move, and additional units are making their way through the shipping process. We know how exciting it is to see other customers receiving theirs while you’re still waiting for your own, so we want to reassure everyone that the rollout is continuing.

As we’ve said in previous updates, this is a process that we’re working through one shipment at a time. We’ll continue communicating as more units move into the hands of customers.

As more units arrive, we also understand that questions can come up once you get your BB-777 out of the box.

We wanted to take a moment to share another update with the BB-777 community as we continue moving through this next phase of deliveries.

Dozens of BB-777 units have now been delivered, and another wave of units is currently in transit and making its way to customers. We’re also beginning to see BB-777s pop up in other countries, which is an exciting sign as shipments continue expanding beyond the initial deliveries.

As more units leave the warehouse and enter the shipping network, we know customers are eager to see their own tracking information and delivery dates. We’re continuing to work through the fulfillment process and will keep sharing updates as additional shipments move.

One thing we want to emphasize this week is please make sure your shipping information is accurate and up to date.

As deliveries have begun moving, we’ve encountered a few discrepancies with customer shipping information. Even a small error in an address, apartment number, postal code, or other delivery detail can create problems once a package is already in transit.

If you’ve recently moved or believe your information may need to be updated, please take a moment to verify it.

The next wave is moving. More BB-777’s are arriving. We’ll continue providing updates as the process progresses.

We know that there have been many questions regarding the BB-777 production, fulfillment, shipping, and delivery. Waiting without clear answers can be frustrating.

We are listening.

The questions and concerns being raised by customers are being taken seriously by our team. We have been looking closely at the recurring questions coming from the BB-777 community and wanted to create a dedicated FAQ page to help provide clearer, more consistent answers in one place.

Our goal is to keep this page updated as new information becomes available, so you don’t have to search through multiple posts or comments to find the latest information.

We are continuing to work through production and fulfillment, and a wave of BB-777 units is getting closer to delivery. Getting these units to their final destination in your hands remains our priority.

Going forward, you can anticipate an update at the end of each week. Our next scheduled update will be Friday, August 21. These weekly updates are intended to give the community a predictable place to look for the latest information, progress, and answers to frequently asked questions.

For everyone who backed the BB-777, thank you. You didn’t just purchase a boombox, you believed in an idea and became part of the journey from the very beginning.
