It doesn't work and they're not responding to my service request

"I got it out of the box and hooked it up and it works great for about a half an hour and then the Bluetooth just stopped connecting. It connects and disconnects every 10 seconds. I reached out to their support, a week ago sent them a video of what it was doing. I got a response saying somebody would be in touch and absolutely nothing now for the last week. So I guess I'll just return it and get my money back since they don't have any customer service"

"I bought 2 a month ago I bought a black one and white one. Well I couldn't get them to pair together. Well I saw an American flag one. That was white. So I bought it. Both white ones pair together. But for some reason the black one won't pair with the white ones. What gives wil black and white not work together seems a little weird. I might by another black one to see if the other black one will pair together."
