"I was sent a Barbie Brand new box, beautiful. Then it had sound cut off issues from beginning. Sent into warranty few days later. They sent me a beat up used looking box making me believe it was the same one when I had proof that it wasn’t. Then, they told me they were sold out and didn’t have any more any longer? Well, what happened to my new one? Because this used one was NOT MINE! They sent me a partial refund and a small gift. I have to now replace the speakers myself! Horrible experience and will never buy from this company again."

"I love my mini Bumpbox . A friend of mine recommended that I purchase it and I am glad that I did. That was one of the greatest advice that I've received. I purchased 8 others as gift for a few other people and trust me they all love them. I got them on sale for such a good price and I brought the extra thicker gold chain for more of a RDMC or LL Cool Jay style in the 80's. Now they are all looking forward to wear jogging suits with kangoo hats. I am going to order #10 more when the sale come again they are totally worth it."

"After receiving my box I was excited to pair it with my play list. Listening to a few hard beats and the sound started to crackle a bit on the max volume. It sounded distorted I turned it off. Not really hype anymore. When will the PInk micro boom be available?. ."
