Here is our simplified process.
1. Proof of purchase
- Upload a picture of your receipt or proof of purchase when you email us.
2. Replace
- We replace the following models:
Flare8 Pro
Ultra
BumpBoard Pro
BumpBoard Mini
SoundStik (no need to ship unit back to us) - We will send you the unit first with a return label to send back old your unit.
3. Repair (select models)
- We repair the following models:
Flare8 (orginal) - Please send a photo of all sides of the unit.
- Make sure that you send back that you send your unit back in the original box when you need a repair.
- Was you packaging damaged upon arrival? No problem. We will happily send you a box to ship your unit back in.
