A Fusion of Sound and Heritage
In celebration of the 39th annual Vallejo Pista Sa Nayon festival in Vallejo, CA — a vibrant tribute to Filipino culture and community — we've teamed up with four exceptional Filipino-American graphic artists to reimagine the Remixx®. This collaboration intertwines the festival's 2025 theme,“Sharing the Map of our Motherland,” with modern design, honoring the rich tapestry of Filipino heritage. Each customized Remixx® becomes a canvas, reflecting stories of identity, tradition and unity, resonating with the rhythms of both past and present.
Catch the drop of our Vallejo Pista Sa Syon Remixx® — designed by Filipino-American designers to celebrate culture and sound. Available at the festival Saturday, June 7, and online while supplies last.
Leroid David
LeRoid David is a second-generation Filipino American, Bay Area born and raised illustrator and graphic designer. His artwork reflects his passion for pop-culture, sports, and community.
Faren Lyn Gainous
Faren Lyn Gainous, born and raised in Vallejo, California, is an entrepreneur with deep roots in Manila and the Visayan area. She holds a degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia from CSU Monterey Bay.
Michael Dalupo
Michael Dalupo is the owner and designer of Ugat Clothing, a vibrant and culturally rich Filipino streetwear brand that seamlessly weaves the threads of history, culture, lifestyle and struggle into every stitch.
Andre Sibayan
Andre Sibayan is an illustrator and art director based in the San Francisco Peninsula, but grew up in Vallejo. He helps brands create impactful visual identities and creates art that celebrates and connects communities.

About Vallejo Pista SA Nayon
Vallejo Pista Sa Nayon is one of Northern California’s largest and longest-running Filipino cultural festivals, celebrating its 39th year in 2025. Held annually on Mare Island in Vallejo, the festival honors Philippine Independence Day and showcases the richness of Filipino heritage through music, dance, food, art and community engagement. The 2025 theme,“Sharing the Map of our Motherland,” invites attendees to explore the diverse regions of the Philippines, fostering intergenerational connections and cultural pride.The event features live performances, traditional and modern cuisine, artisan vendors, cultural exhibits and activities for all ages. Organized by the Filipino Community of Solano County, Inc., Vallejo Pista Sa Nayon continues to strengthen community bonds and celebrate the Filipino-American experience.
